Hey, Brian. I have a few extra Tektro's lying around my place right now. I can send you pics when I get home tonight after work if you'd like. Not sure if they're 538/9 or not, but I was using them on an old Cannondale that originally took 27" wheels and I was running 700c. They're long reach I know, and can fit big tires.
