On my utility bike, I had a matching set of 27" wheels I swapped out for road tires and knobbies - they were identical Rigida rims, Campy/Zeus-clone hubs, and same IRD freewheel. On my go fast, I was swapping tubie and clincher wheelsets, but these varied quite a bit in alignment and required significant brake and RD adjustments.
