Organic tobacco stores differently than processed pipe tobacco (even the "natural" stuff that has no chemicals or pesticides added after curing). You store it dry and dark and it will continue to age (a good thing). If you store it humidified at 70% (like in a humidor) it will easily mold after a month or two.
