That is a late 90's Waterford-built all-rounder with Reynolds 753 frame and 531 fork. I know this because I have a similar one in my fleet. But I went for the cream headtube and, vanity, my name on the top tube.The one-colour frame option I think was about $1250. If it has a handbuilt in Waterford Wisconsin , it's a small-batch production frame. Very nice bike that has aged beautifully.
