When I had my frame powder coated, I called Riv up for frame decals, but the only ones they could provide are the fragile decals that need a clear coat, which I didn't want to do. I found an online company that makes custom frame decals that you can design yourself. I have forgotten the name of the company though. Sorry. I just ordered Riv's Ressurecto stickers and might use those on the down tube for "Urban anti theft camo". Maybe.
