I have moustache bars on my Riv Road, slightly above the saddle height. My
Riv is set up as a 650b tourer/commuter/all-rounder.

I have drops on two other bikes:
B135 Randonneur bars on my Schwinn KOM, at saddle height. The KOM is a
fast gravel cruiser.

B115 standard drops on my Giordana, slightly below saddle height. The
Giordana is a civilized racer, my gofast.

I'm considering changing my Riv back to drops, which would probably be set
at saddle height. Probably Noodles, and Campy 8spd Ergos if I can find a
good pair of brifters. Their ratio shifts a 7-speed freewheel too. I have
Sachs-branded 8spd Campy Ergos on my Giordana, and they work great.
