For my bike coffee kit so far I've stuck with my old tall 1 qt aluminum kettle that came in my scout camp cook set. It's light, fits the alcohol stove inside it and is easy to handle. It doesn't allow for the most precise pour off course but I've been ok with that. I don't notice a significant taste difference in my pour over...
