Whatever you do, don't use a Sora triple. On my triple-shifting Rivendells, more than one Soras of mine have broken, in exactly the same place - the part of the derailleur body that has a little arm that is supposed to anchor the spring. The appendage broke off, leaving no possibility for spring tension. Once would have been a fluke. Twice means inappropriate part for the job.
