Jeffrey, I did not actually confirm details with Kevin on the paint I simply picked a color and told him the intended use of the bike, from inspecting the bike, I am pretty confident is that it is a wet paint application with a clear coat (matte as well) and the decals are under the clear coat
Re other bikes, I have a new cycles toussaint 650b frame with diacompe brakes post mounted, a built up all city nature boy, and then a vintage jo routens frame 700c frame. and complete vintage build kit and brand new hubs and rims to be built up. The nature boy and jo routens will be tough to part with, don't know why as I don't need them but still. My commute is small compared to the rest, I am only 10 miles round trip and it's mostly flat, one way travel time is 20 minutes by bike, 30 minutes by car, and 40 minutes by public transit.
