Subjectively, it feels faster than my Atlantis.  Although setup
differences make them really impossible to directly compare.

Of course, being a slow rider at the best of times (just ask the SoCal
riders) I am definitely not one to make judgements on how fast this or
that frame seems.

As others say, it'll be more the engine than the bike.  But the bike
is not a slug.  (Which also means if you sprinke salt on it, the
Hillborne won't shrivel up and die.)
