I hear you about reading on a device. I don't mind reading a paper book, but paper magazines annoy me now; I would much rather it be digital.
In fact, my wife and I have been contemplating moving out of the house into a travel trailer which would require getting rid of a bunch of stuff, much of it books and magazines. One of the really great things about the modern age is to be able to have 3000 books on one device and only take as much space as one small book.
