I can't compare the two, but I can say that after talking with Grant extensively, I up-sized my Hunqapillar to a 62 and am thrilled I did. I would not want the next size up and I love as much frame as I can get, even when riding jouncy technical single track with a fair bit of hopping off when on rocks or logs I didn't quite take right. I've never had the frame size be an issue.
For reference, my Quickbeam is a 66. So it seem like you might be able to do one size up with the Hunqapillar, at least if you are used to riding that type of terrain.
