I completely see the logic behind selling the Hunq and picking up a "faster road bike." I went a similar route with my Hillborne and Roadeo.
I think you will feel a difference with just the frame change. The Atlantis is stiffer than the Hilsen, and also heavier. All in all, the Hilsen should feel a bit quicker given you have it fit properly and set up for faster road riding. I am convinced that one of the things that makes my Roadeo feel faster (and it is faster) than my Hillborne is the wheel change I did when I built it up. I went for a set of road wheels that are not really Riv approved, they weigh 1525 grams for the set and I put 32mm Compass Stampede Pass tires on them. I do believe that change to a standard build like what is on my Hillborne accounts for much of the speed difference that I'm seeing.
