I have a 1983 Trek 620,  with the fixed Jim Blackburn rear rack.

2 small dents in dt, fork was sloppily drilled for allen brake.
I used a bolt on brake with no problem. headset is shot.
paint good. I used Tektro/silver very long reach brakes on it.
Gives you more room than 57s
So it fit SKS p45 fenders with Gran Bois 30mm tires.
57mm brakes would fit also.
