Thing about being a teacher, you get summers off.
This usually means for the first couple of weeks trying to figure out what
to do with yourself.
People have real jobs that have to work on the weekdays. Luckily other
teachers have summers off.

Doing my commute home I get a text from the one and only James Warren, who
was also on summer break.
Less then 12 hours later we have plans on going on a quick overnight.

Samuel P Taylor was in the cards but the morning fog didn't agree. Good
thing cause the next day there was a forrest fire right by there.
Decided to do an overnight in Rivendell country, figured it would be warmer.
Good choice too weather was perfect.
Stopped in BBH and tried to talk Will into going.
Headed to HQ to do the same with Sean. Checked out the new Pletscher Clem
Rack. Solid looking rack. Smart pump peg shindig and cool child connector
attachment.

James and I were sent off by Sean and Tom, who showed us some single track
creek riding action.
It was a great way to start the summer, gave both of us sometime to reflect
on the school year and see what we could improve on and what worked best.
On the commute back we run into Joe on his new Rockcombo.

Summer feels like it's here. Because..
Pictures prove that only teachers are free for Wednesday overnights:
