I'm right with you. My ideal ride is about 4-6 hours, but I have a three mile, 'round-the-block, loop that I often ride when I only have a few minutes (or when the elements aren't pleasant). It is truly a wonder how much these rides help my soul. On one particular nasty cold day, I rode 200 feet to my mailbox and back. Worth it.
