Wow! Fantastic bike! Beautiful beastie! My ghost shifting issues vanished when I swapped the derailure pullies. Apparently the top one has some play built in that friction-derailured did not need. So swapped it for the lower pulley and it's been great ever since. Can't remember who this came from on the list, but it's simple, genius.
