The only downside to these that I've found is you really want to strap it 
down to keep the bag from bouncing if you ride it on super bumpy 
trails/roads. If your bag has a loop for the tombstone that's less of an 
issue, but mine doesn't so I put one of the included ostrich straps on when 
I ride trails. I haven't had the linkage move on me at all. I wrote a post
