Quickbeam is due to arrive tomorrow! I'm starting with a new 8-speed chain with the following gearing and tire set-up:
Front: 32/40 Rear: 16/19 (eventually a 22 will likely be added on the flip side) 700c Clement X'plor MSO 40mm (38 actual by report). The gear combination yield the following tooth counts (highlighted ones are the ones I would like to be able to use): Total teeth: 48: 32-16: 55" 51: 32-19: 46" 54: 32-22: 40" 56: 40-16: 68" 59: 40-19 What is your recommended method for setting chain-length so I keep the tire as far back from the chain stays as necessary for clearance?
