No to the BB. I'd wager a dollar that the person who wants to buy a used Bleriot will not want an external BB. In fact, the person who buys your frame would probably go straight to the LBS and pay money to have a mechanic remove it. So your frame is actually worth more without the BB than it is with it. Are you throwing in the BB because you don't have the tool to remove it?
Your customer will likely want the brake calipers, though. Few people have those super long reachers just laying around. Go frame+fork+headset+brake calipers. Include the BB with the crankset. Maybe $80 I'm thinking. Maybe $50 for the RD and $25 for the FD. The wheelset is tough, since the rims are mismatched. Maybe offer them separately on here and on the 650B group page. $100 for the rear and $50 for the front? That would be a decent price for both sides I think.
