Hey David - Thanks for the prompt reply. I surmise that you have no pad or chamios. Having lived in the Inland Empire (late '80s and again in the early '90s), and run in the Box Springs and up Mt Roubidoux - I'm having trouble conceiving of an activity there without sweat.
I'm guessing I sweat lots more than you. I will contemplate riding without the chamios.
