1. They are marked 10 1/2, but they fit my size 10 feet jes' fine. 2. They were NOS when I bought them (for $4.99 at Goodwill) but my less than 100 miles has marked them somewhat (see photos) so I will now let you have them for $30 shipped Priority in CONUS.
