I recently spent $900 on couplers and powder coating my '84 Terk 620.  I 
had been offered $400 for the frame so that puts that package at $1300, 
without any components.  I would add at least $200 for a Romulus frame and 
half the retail value of the components.

BTW I can't tell any difference in the frame performance with or without 
the couplers.  I also converted to 650b and absolutely love the ride.
