One of the staff at Riv "reverse engineered" a Hilsen that way. It's a neat trick for putting spindly-light racer wheels on a lovely lugged bicycle. You also get to use spindly-light Campy "skeleton" brakes if you'd like. You're limited to skinny tires (which is kind of the idea here), so the absolute wheel-and-tire diameter will be pretty close to the 650B's. Joe Bernard Vallejo, CA.
