To which I reply: I loved my ACME wallet. When it finally gave up the ghost, I decided to make my own. I modified the design a bit, making it bi-fold instead of tri-fold. It was an easy project to hand sew, however for the last few I used one of those hand-awl stitchers, a good way to spend a rainy afternoon. The hardest part was finding appropriate fabric. I found some nice heavy duty waterproof canvas at a shop that makes boat awnings. Now that I think of it, it's about time to make a new one. I could make a few more to sell cheap if anyone's interested. Cheers- Mike in so.
