Yes. It almost certainly will. I was allowing for repaints or possible transition period models with green paint and fork eyelets (do those exist?). I don't know what it is about kickstands plates that bother me. I just don't like the aesthetics of the plate and never use a kickstand. I don't have an "out of sight, out of mind" personality. Rather, I get obsessive about small details. The m12 racks are slick but the 32F has the same finish as my nitto rear rack and would allow my to use Paul brakes without the rack being far out in front of the fork blades. The tragic thing is I could have bought one of two different beams a couple months back but I was too wishy washy about the details and they both got away. Oh well. I have plenty of time. :)
