You can build up a SOMA mixte with 650B and it will (I think) fit Hetres. Here's an (I think beautifully done) example:
There are lots of pics in the set on Flickr, look for somervillebikes. She Devil takes cantis, Buena Vista sidepulls; She Devil has single mixte "top" tube, Buena Vista is a true double tube mixte style. Both are nice bikes, for sure.
