Fantastic.

You description of kindling smells from braking certainly best those of 
smoldering CF resin from tandems amongst us at our last ride of the Hilly 
Hundred. You think your brakes force some compromise of things, theirs (in 
several cases) blew tires off rims at stop signs at the bottom of big hills 
that crossed highways! 

Looks like a fantastic day too.
