I recently converted my Dura Ace bars ends with Silver levers using the DA pods. Wow, what a difference! MUCH better.

I am currently running a Deore rear derailer with a SRAM 8 speed cassette and have no problem with ghost shifting. (I did swap the upper and lower pulleys prior to installing the shifters, and I used bees wax on the tensioning bolt.)
