I am ordering an A. Homer Hilsen. My PBH is exactly 33 inches (83.8 cm), I was informed that a 57 cm with 700 wheels would be better for me than a 58 with 650s. Any opinions on my correct size frame? If you do the math as on Riv site, my size frame is 58. Is a 59 cm way too big?
