I'm on a 58 w/ 170s and a triple, and I have had occassional pedal
strike of the MKS touring. Like some of the other responders, heavy
lean and pedaling in the corner, so I guess I'm usually coasting in
the tight ones these days, inner pedal in the high position, because
it hasn't happened in recent memory.

The bottom bracket is low-ish for sure, but I was able to maneuver the
bleriot on some fairly technical single track this past week, with
only a few pedal strikes on some rocky stretches. I was mindful about
timing and such after the first couple, but would think that on the
road it could be avoided.

Tho maybe your just getting after it in those turns a bit more than my
ingrained indolence allows.
