Franklyn et. al.-

Interesting area.  I'd like to loop Orr Springs with Low Gap but after
having looked - it may be a bit ambitious given that it totals 45
miles and 6500' of climbing.  Out on dirt, back on pavement?  Is
Running Springs Ranch Road a public road?  Is it paved?

Are there any other loops in the area that offer dirt or dirt/pave
combinations?

Thanks for any other beta you can provide.
