When I last had both, the 37s were bigger. Maybe not as much in width. But height. From the side, the 37s looked huge. Both were on Salsa Delgado rims.
Believe this was discussed a long time ago either on this list or the iBob. Different runs of the Pasela seemed to have more variability in sizing. Although this seems to be less and less lately. Not that it really matters. Don't belive it would be easy to get 700x37 Paselas right now.
