The default "reply" address is the list address - rbw-owners-bunch@googlegroups.com If you want to reply directly to a list member via most email programs, you need to both remove the RBW Group address and add the intended recipient. If you access the group via the web (not _webmail_, but via the actual Google Groups page itself), there is a "Reply to author" option you can choose if you are logged in. I've mentioned this in the SOTL Reports.
