Yeah, this is a very smart thing. Rivendell doing whatever it takes to keep getting the word out and not worrying about whether it is downloadable or paper-and-mailed to people is key. The company's offerings have evolved a lot since the beginning, and it's the Readers and e-mail updates that help it all to make sense. (Grant always has said it was the explaining of the bikes on the dealer level that was the hardest thing about Bridgestone bikes. With Rivendell Readers and e-mail updates, Rivendell improves the chances of these explanations sinking in.)
