Change of clothes, shoes, wash cloth and towel, toiletries, lunch, coffee, 
brief case containing folders and other work related paperwork, lock and chain, 
and the normal kit of spare tubes and tools.

  A stiffer rack than those Walds -- which I've used -- will make 30 lb feel 
better; in fact, I think, don't know, that a stiff rack is more important than
