The brakes that is, not me. I recently put a new front wheel with SON
hub on my Rivendell. Now, when I brake, there is a very distinct
throbbing feel in the brake lever. It feels like one spot on the rim
is grabbing more than the rest. What would cause that? Peter White
built the wheel, so I'm sure it's not coated in spoke nipple oil or
anything like that.

I've even put new brakes on -- I ordered those Tektro wide
cantilevers, and I really like them.

What's the solution?
