I have a phil wood bottom bracket, 107mm in size, on my atlantis with
the sugino xd2. I believe that it was shifted to the right 2mm. (I
don't
know if RBW did that, or whether it came from phil wood to RBW that
way.)
Clearance has been fine for the 500 miles since I've owned the bike.
