I nominate David Estes to try this. He could take as 700c and 650b


Think about it guys - you've only got 1 atmosphere of pressure at sea level.
Look at your tire gauge & you'll see it goes to probably 10 atmospheres.
You actually inflate to 5 to maybe 8 atmospheres (if you really like a rough
ride).  Pump your tire to 5 atm (roughly 75 psi) & take it into space.
You've only reduced the exterior support by 1 atm or the difference between
pumping to 5 atm & 6 atm (roughly 90 psi).  

Maybe we should still send David into space, just to be sure!
