I'd suggest the 700x50 Berthouds. They have a 700x60, also, but that may require a more creative mounting solution. I've run 700x50 Big Apples and 700x50 Marathon XR tires on my Atlantis with the Berthoud 700x50 fenders. http://www.flickr.com/photos/twowheelflight/343582865/ It's a tight fit, but it works. Berthoud fenders tend to run $60-70, which, in the grand scheme of things isn't terribly expensive.
