Relative being the operative term. We had two day post Christmas warm up here in Chicago that melted all the snow making the roads rideable (watch out for the pot holes brought on by rapid chilling and warming though!). Now the temps have fallen back to normal, meaning teens and low twenties. I got out for a while yesterday and may go out today. My left index finger was stiff and a very pale shade of white for more than an hour after I got home though (wearing wool liner underneath boiled wool Ortovox mittens).
