I had the same feeling although I did speak to the seller on the phone
and walked away with the feeling that the guy was on the level. He
sounded genuinely bummed that he under priced the frame. I didn't ask
him the details on how he could underprice a frame that much but
didn't get the feeling he was getting rid of a stolen or damaged frame
which I thought might be the case before I called. Who knows.
