Arguably a belts and suspenders design. But if you have more than one bike, why not have one built to take on the Continental Divide trail and look swell doing it? And I would advise against underestimating what the Bombadill buyers have planned for their bikes. Plenty of RBW group members here have posted trip reports that clearly put both rider and bike to the test. Along with the beautiful Pereira, I happened to notice Peter White has updated his Tout Terrain site to include the Boulevard, which is a slightly more slim and moderately less robust version of the Silkroad for commuting and for those one or two day only back road camping trips: http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/tout-terrain.asp --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
