My 6'4" self has a PBH of 91 cm and a 63.5 cm frame fits me just  
fine.  Remember that Rivendell family frames have low bottom  
brackets, which accounts for almost a cm of longer seat tube, and a  
relatively slack seat tube which may account for a bit more.  Talk  
with the folks at Riv, they have lots of experience with this.
