And, if want to fix the display at first, all translated strings are already
storaged in this repository, and we can assume "until the workflow been
repaired no one can commit new translation", so current file are stable and
been ready to use. I don't understand why this need to wait?
Maybe some developers are lucky for not need to change UI to another language.
