### How to reproduce the issue?
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Open https://www.openstreetmap.org/
2. Change the language to any non-English language (e.g., Chinese, German,
French)
3. Observe the top navigation button
## Expected Behavior
All UI elements, including the top navigation button, should be translated into
the selected language.
## Actual Behavior
The top navigation button remains in English.
