Dimitar5555 created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6659)
### Problem
Each account on OSM has it's own "birth" date. It would be nice if we sent an
email for each anniversary, possibly showing what the user has contributed to
OSM ("made X changesets with Y changes, opened Z notes, resolved H notes" or
something similar) with some call to action.
This could potentially "wake up" a lot of people who have forgotten about their
account on OSM (assuming they still use the same email).
Looking at [the stats](https://osmstats.neis-one.org/?item=members), there are
10M+ registered users. I'm not sure how 10M+ more yearly sent emails could
affect OSM's spam score in email clients, so maybe there should be some initial
limit. That way we can also track how effective it is.
### Description
_No response_
### Screenshots
For context, Google Maps has been sending such emails for the last few years.
