mmd-osm left a comment (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6518)
On the dev instance, I've added a comment with "node 4361366951" (see
[link](https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/514343?include_discussion)),
which is rendered as

I didn't expect the full hostname to appear as text. Is this works as designed,
some bug or a config issue on the dev instance?
