I’ve [marked `javascripts.map.andy_allan` as
optional](https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Diff/13665758), because
relatively few languages have a strong need to translate a personal name, and
also for consistency with the other messages holding brand names. Translations
that leave it as “Andy Allan” will eventually be deleted in favor of the base
English string.
