That line in the FAQ refers to the original state of affairs. The page was
later [edited](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Special:Diff/774839) to
refer to [this talk-nl
post](https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-nl/2012-April/013870.html)
from Henk Hoff (presumably on behalf of the OSMF board) announcing that AND had
formally agreed to publish any already imported data under the ODbL.
It seems to me that we’ve done our due diligence on this matter and can remove
the misleading link (while continuing to credit AND of course).
